Ray Martin Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 Well good news today. They showed up this morning. They left one guy and left him by himself. All of the walls have been finished. He's in the attic I stalling the baffles. Kevin's coming over in the morning and we are going to install some drywall where the mini splits are being mounted. If he's short on electrical outlets, I'll be thoroughly surprised! 🤣 I think we've had about 2 sheets (drywall and ply) that didn't have an electrical box in them... Ray Martin Posted November 11, 2023 Share Posted November 11, 2023 Well we completed installing the birch ply Wednesday afternoon. Quiet frankly I did absolutely nothing in the shop yesterday as my back had enough. 😆 . Today spent some time cleaning up and put up and connected all of the electrical outlets in the shop with the exception of the 2 ceiling outlets. Ray Martin Posted November 22, 2023 Share Posted November 22, 2023 Well the progress continues. Got a bit done today in the wife's craft room. If I didn't know it before this (and I did) I hate drywall work. Thank goodness I have friends willing to help. The shop has been taped and mud. Certainly not the final.
