Other than flat tooth full kerf, thin kerf is about all I ever use. Pm me with the particulars and I’ll take it.
  2. Instead of posting a shop tip, perhaps the answers to my question, will create one(s). How do you guys address the final trimming of these to be flush with the box sides? I currently use a box plane to get as close as possible and use the ros to finish it off.

And what route would you go with?
  4. I guess really, having your miter bar slots being equidistant is insignificant as you still only have one runner under the sled and when you move it over for the 45* cut, it is where it is. Just have to size the width of the sled accordingly.
  5. I see the 45* to your left now. At first I only saw the vertical kerf. It is good that your slots are equal distance from your blade!
  6. Where is the project video?
  7. Just thinking that the shank hole is the same on all of them but the head bore size is different. I’m assuming that you do the pilot hole first and then follow with this?
  8. I wish there was a good, affordable countersink set that could be adjusted for any length screw of the same size. I have a couple for #6 & #8 screws that have the tapered bit that are suppose to be depth adjustable where there are two opposing hex nuts that seat into the flutes but they are less than desirable. The one you are showing, does it leave any crisper cut than the one I’ve seen you use that does nothing but the countersink with no bit?
  9. A video of it in use would be nice. Will there be a second one for 45* miter cuts?

Damn, no wonder your shop is spotless at that price! 😀

You contradict yourself. What will the Lugano do after retirement that the Grizz couldn’t do prior too?
  12. You’re gonna need all the kings horses and all the kings men to move this motha into place!
  13. Then thought it would be fun and handy to know what the surface temp was on the Blackstone griddle and ordered a hand held temp gun. I’ll attempt to teach my wife how to use your store on her orders as well. Glad to help.
  14. That was easy. Just ordered my wife a new pair of Clark’s Flip Flops to replace a pair that her puppy chewed up. I don’t understand how you can make money though if we charge these to your account?😀
  15. Kinda, sorta. I tried to use dominos for these two non 90* joints and they didn’t line up so I used splines instead. Apparently I was real close to breaking thru as final sanding revealed that crack.

That’s what sucks. Supposedly possession doesn’t take place until the item leaves the vender.

    Has your account been charged?
  18. Anyone want to guess as to what the little black perpendicular line is from?
  19. Thanks. The kids dad wanted the ply back left bare as he wants to get the girls name stenciled on it like the ones on Etsy.
  20. Finished product. Sized and shape of a home plate.
  21. Are your credits based on volume or $ amount, to know if we should place multiple orders or 1 when several items are involved?
  22. Kev, as soon as someone posts under “General Discussion” , this will take back burner, possibly to never appear again. For your benefit and those of future members, would it be possible to start another section such as “General Discussions” or “Classifieds”, whatever these are called, titled “Kev’s Affiliate Store” or something therein? That way it’s always there as a reminder. Include this whole conversation. I realize that you have the two buttons at the top but this will clarify it for people like Bryan and me. Hell, he will forget before the sun goes down! 😀😀
  23. So if I start a search thru your affiliate store, say clicking on one of the band saw blades to start but end up buying paper towels instead, you get credit?
  24. Don’t dare let your daughter take a pic to school with her. You wouldn’t be able to keep up with the commissions! Looking great bud!
  25. Chet, the ply piece to the left of the blade that catches the off cuts, is there a rail under it that sits in the miter bar slot?
