Only problem is that it shows the dust.  That means 2 things, I use it or I don't have shop maid service like Coop!

Thanks Jamie!  I am surprised it turned out as well as it did.

My maid passed years ago and left no heirs?

So here are some pictures of the drawer organization.

Pictures didn’t insert in the correct order. The first drawer on the right is measuring and marking. The second on the right is chisels. The first on the left is clamping stuff. Then I have a drawer for sanding materials and finally some drill bits and stuff. The last drawer will probably be for hand planes.

Ok so I think I can call the bench complete. I spent most of the morning finishing up the drawer fronts and the pulls. I broke 1 of the pulls, glad I found my template so I could shape like the others.

I’m not sure if I will put ARS on the fronts. I kind of like the natural feel.

So now that the bench is complete, I can divulge my secret to this whole project. I built this bench 100% from materials I had on hand.  The only thing I purchased was epoxy, glue and the paint. The bench top and base were all materials I salvaged from a renovation on our house. The house was built over 100 years ago.  The cabinet was of old ply I had laying around.  The vise as mentioned earlier was my grandfather’s.

Now what will be the official first project on the bench, maybe a Moxon style vise.
